Auto Update Feed Title

Description

Either give an option to auto-update the feed title or a way to manually update the feed title automatically. So on the individual feed, I can click a button and refresh the feed title.

I think we should have an option in the feed's page of the admin section to do this.

Does this imply pulling the feed on demand then pulling the title?

Wouldn't it be better to add an option to update the title (and other properties, maybe) during the update process?
